- THINK POSITIVE
- Remind yourself we can change the way we react towards it. You just take everything as a challenge and act it! Once you accomplish that task or target, you will be encouraged. Remember that keep the achievement in your diary to remind yourself of how you can do it the next time you feel discouraged.
- SAY NO
- You must expected that something might away your perseverance but you do not feel obligated to take on everything. You must say no if you can't do it. Take it easy!!
- JUST EXERCISE
- Regular exercise can help your body build resistance towards negative effects of psychological stress. Just move it, don't always keep waiting on!!
See every difficulty as a challenge, a stepping stone, and never be defeated by anything or anyone.
